Such information was reported on its website newspaper "The Guardian".

As noted, hackers have tried to access a variety of email accounts of Scottish parliamentarians and staff of Holimada.

At the same time, representatives of the parliament stated that they do not know about any specific stolen accounts. Nevertheless, the hacker attack could lead to serious consequences.

In this regard, the executive director of the Scottish Parliament, Paul Grice, officially informed the deputies about an attempt to crack their mail.

"IT-specialists have identified a lot of simple combinations in the mail accounts of employees," - said Gays.

Finally, he urged deputies and staff to update passwords and make them more complex.

Recall, as reported, "URA-Inform", the largest hacker attack in history, which was previously carried out in Ukraine, is spreading around the world.
