The incident occurred on Thursday morning, but became public only now.
The sightseeing bus, which drove tourists around the city, was attacked by four unknown persons, wearing hoods on their heads. At the time of the attack, the bus was standing in front of Camp Nou. According to eyewitnesses, frightened passers-by first took this for a terrorist act.
The Minister of Tourism of Barcelona, ??Agusti Colom, in an interview with RAC1 called the event "an isolated case" and urged the public not to panic, writes Spain in Russian.
Unfortunately, this is not the first case of manifestation of "touristophobia" in the Catalan capital. In May, several violators of order sprayed the paint and threw a smoke bomb at two Poblenou hotels.
