In Upper Pyshma the head of the region Ekvgeniy Kuivashev and the general director of UMMC-holding Andrey Kozitsyn opened a super modern five-story children's polyclinic. The object is built and equipped with the means of the regional budget. The total cost of the project, including equipment, amounted to 525 million rubles. Construction was carried out from July 2015.
"Today we witnessed a really long-awaited and festive event. Upper Pyshma ranks first in terms of birth rate in the Sverdlovsk region, so the city needed such a modern outpatient clinic. Taking care of children's health is an important element of our "Five Years of Development" program. Today a healthy child, happy parents, strong families and a prosperous society are links of one chain, "said the head of the region.
Evgeny Kuyvashev reminded that up to this point the Upper Pyshma children's polyclinic was located in the old building, where doctors accepted patients on an area of ??less than 500 square meters. For a medical institution, to which 18,000 children are attached, this is not enough: the clinic could receive only 246 patients per day. A new four-storeyed building of a polyclinic with an area of ??nine thousand square meters is designed for reception of 500 young residents of Upper Pyshma per day. In addition, there will be a day hospital for 14 beds.
With the opening of the new polyclinic, the townspeople and the general director of UMMC-Holding Andrey Kozitsyn congratulated. He thanked the head of the region, the management of the polyclinic and builders for the efforts invested in the project.
"I will tell you, because I know that this is already a settled issue, and soon the auction should be held. Perinatal Center will be built in Upper Pyshma. Then in our hometown the whole chain of rendering assistance to children from the moment of their birth will be built, "the general director of UMMC.

On the first floor of the clinic there is a spacious hall, a dressing room, a reception, and a room for wheelchairs, so necessary for young mothers. There is also an examination room and an X-ray room equipped with a modern Philips DigitalDiagnost digital apparatus that provides all kinds of research, including shooting at random. The power of this device allows you to do more than 250 studies per day. The system provides complete safety for young patients. On the second floor there is a pediatric ward: for each doctor there is a separate office with an area of ??about 20 meters.
On the third floor there is a specialized department where narrow specialists will be taking the reception: neurologists, endocrinologists, dermatologists, ENT, ophthalmologist, speech therapist. There is also a surgical unit, where a pediatric surgeon and an orthopedic trauma technician will be admitted, and an operation room for small interventions that do not require referrals to regional hospitals. On the same floor, a diagnostic department was created: cabinets of ultrasound, ECG, spirometry, endoscopy room. Next to it is a gym for physiotherapy with a modern safe coating. For treatment and prevention of frequent colds, allergies, restoration of cardiorespiratory, immune and nervous system, the children's polyclinic is also equipped with a speleocamera from natural sodium-potassium-magnesium salts of the Verkhnekamskoye deposit. On the fourth floor there is the administration of the polyclinic, the medical archive and the day hospital.
According to Alexei Malinkin, the new children's polyclinic meets all the requirements for the comfortable stay of children and their effective treatment. There is also a special infrastructure for people with disabilities, and the flows of sick and healthy children are finally divided.
