The funeral will be held on Monday, June 5. As the information department of the UGCC informs, the Bishop Divine Liturgy with the rank of funeral of the blessed Lubomyr will begin at 11 am in the Patriarchal Cathedral of the Resurrection of Christ in Kiev.

At the same time, the current head of the UGCC Svyatoslav Shevchuk will make an official statement on the death of Lubomyr Guzar on Thursday, June 1, at 10 am. Also will be informed about the schedule of funeral services.

Recall, the former head of the UGCC, Cardinal Lubomir Guzar, died on May 31 at the age of 85, after a serious illness.
