According to. 1 st. 277 of the Civil Code, an individual whose personal non-property rights have been violated as a result of the dissemination of unreliable information about him and / or members of his family has the right to reply, as well as to refute this information.

In addition, the legislator clarifies that negative information spread about a person is considered unreliable if the person who disseminated such information does not prove the opposite. Thus, in accordance with h. 2 items. 302 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, an individual who disseminates information must verify its reliability.

However, Gnapu and the company is not the first to disseminate false information and build "investigations" on fictional sensations. It is obvious that the time has come to put an end to such impunity.
