The prosecutor's office of the Dzerzhinsky district of Nizhny Tagil approved the indictment in the criminal case against Natalya Yuzhakova on hch. 2,3,4 st. 159 of the Criminal Code (fraud committed with causing significant damage in a large and especially large amount).
The malefactor from January 2010 to February 2016 misled the residents of the city. She promised to help in the purchase of apartments at a price much lower than the market price.
In this case, Yuzhakova informed the victims of knowingly false information that she has a close acquaintance with an official working in the city administration, whose competence includes the provision of apartments from the municipal housing stock.
Meanwhile, in fact, Yuzhakov did not intend to fulfill his promises and did not have a real opportunity for this. Received money from the victims, she spent for personal needs.
