The officer of the military unit of the village of Kedrovka seized from the Federal State Institution "Financial Security Administration of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in the Sverdlovsk Region" compensation for the damage to health.

The woman worked as a rifleman in the VOHR in the military unit of the village of Kedrovka. In January 2013, she was injured while on duty. The heavy gate of the metal gate slipped from its hinges and crushed the woman. After the incident, the employee was taken to the central regional hospital of Reza, where she was diagnosed with a spinal injury and bruised legs. After the injury, the victim was no longer able to work as a sentry at the post. In November of the same year, she was dismissed from the military unit for health reasons.

Experiencing to this day a strong pain in the back, which is not removed by an anesthetic injections prescribed by the doctor, the plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the FKU "UFO MO RF in the Sverdlovsk region" on compensation for moral damage caused to health.

During the trial, the defendant's representative did not recognize the claim and tried to shift responsibility to the employer's plaintiffs - the Russian Defense Ministry.

However, as a result of Rezhevskaya, the city court upheld the claims of the plaintiff in part and collected 100,000 rubles from PKU in compensation for moral damage.

The representative of the defendant did not agree with the decision of the city court and appealed against him to the Sverdlovsk Regional Court. However, the appellate instance recognized the decision as lawful, and left the complaint unsatisfied. In the future, the court found the claims of the plaintiff to recover the legal costs incurred in connection with the consideration of the case.
