The finalist of the 10th season of the project “Important and Happy” Magdalina Dimid said that she was able to maintain weight after the end of the show and even set herself a goal in 2026 to get rid of another 15 kg. She noted that the most difficult thing begins precisely after the final, when external control and motivation disappear. According to Dimid in an interview with the Tvoe Misto media, within the framework of the project, all conditions work for weight loss, while after its completion the person is left alone with his own habits. She noted that already in the second month of participation she felt a decline in motivation, but she consciously relied on discipline and a clear system of actions. “I train every day: 45 minutes of strength exercises and up to two hours of training in general I add cardio. This is for life. My body has time to recover, there is no fatigue,” the girl said.
She emphasized that she does not always have the desire to go to the gym, but does not allow herself to “internal negotiations” about missing classes. According to her, it was discipline that became the key difference between those participants who managed to maintain the result and those who lost it.
In six months, Magdalena Dimid lost 65 kilograms - from 144 kg to 79 kg. She calls this pace extreme, so now, together with a trainer, she is gradually increasing her caloric intake so that weight loss occurs more slowly and without harm to health. Her goal is to reach a weight of 65 kg within a year, losing about 15 more kilograms. The finalist also spoke about her health and nutrition. She undergoes monthly tests and notes that indicators that were outside the norm before the project have now stabilized. Nutrition, she says, is 80% of the success: three meals a day, calorie control, enough water and a simple, repeatable diet. Magdalene's breakfast is unchanged - eggs, cottage cheese with herbs and whole grain bread, which allows you to reduce the number of daily decisions and avoid breakdowns.
She also drew attention to the financial aspect of the changes. Before participating in the show, Dimid regularly ordered fast food, pizza and sushi, which was much more expensive than her current diet of basic products. According to her, the difference in costs actually covers the gym membership.. Speaking about the psychological side, Magdalena admitted that she deliberately limited her social life for a while in order to build a new system. She gave up parties, adhered to a clear schedule of sleep, work, training and nutrition, and in difficult moments prayer and awareness of the ultimate goal became support..
Now she is gradually returning to her normal life, allowing herself minor indulgences, but is convinced that she will be able to maintain the achieved weight.
