On December 9, Kyiv says goodbye to musician and songwriter Mikhail Klimenko from the group ADAM, who died on December 7 after a three-week coma and long-term tuberculous meningitis. The musician was only 38 years old.

Let us note that Klimenko’s widow, Alexandra Norova, asked that visitors bring only fresh flowers to say goodbye. At the entrance to the Philharmonic, easels with famous quotes from ADAM songs were placed. Most of them are about love - something that has been special for Klymenko all his life: “Dance with me happily, let the divine light shine”, “Stay with me, give me to yourself, and I will give to myself” and others.

There was also a large poster hanging from the balcony of the Philharmonic with probably the most important quote from Klimenko - “In this world, war has a price, But we are convinced that love. "

Even before the opening of the Philharmonic, stars also gathered under the building. Among them were Vladimir Dantes, Michel Andrade, Marina Krut, for whom Klimenko wrote songs.

Mikhail Klimenko will be buried in the village of Lubyanka - not far from the artist’s native Gostomel.

A service in the church and farewell at the cemetery are scheduled for 13:00.

" We've been apart for an hour and already miss each other. We write songs, we may butt heads, but this is a cool creative battle. This is interesting to us,” said Mikhail.

In particular, Ukrainian stars reacted with pain to the loss. Some had known the performer for a long time and recalled their stories together, while others went crazy from the romantic songs of Klimenko and his muse-wife Alexandra Norova.
