The legendary poet and one of the founders of the modern pop song, Yuri Rybchinsky, declassified which of the artists of the Russian scene can be called a real example to follow. According to him, the performer Mikhail Homa, better known under the pseudonym Dzijo, demonstrated that he is a real patriot of his native country, because he uses his work to help defenders.

The poet noted that the singer collects impressive amounts for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but does not boast of this in public space. The singer spoke about this in an interview with Natalia Vlashchenko.

" He traveled throughout Europe, America and gave concerts. Here is an example. And the main thing is that he did not yell about this and did not make himself an advertisement on this, ”the poet said.

It is worth noting that from the first days of a full -scale war, Didzo actively demonstrates his position. The artist publicly urged compatriots forever to break all ties with the Russians and emphasized that they would never “brothers” to us. In particular, the celebrity recalled what truth about citizens of the aggressor country from childhood was told by relatives.

" I was brought up so that they are dishonest, vile, they are traitors, they are insidious. And I lived with this. Then when I already moved to Kyiv, I recalled these conversations and thought that they might somehow radically spoke, justified themselves or them (Russians-Ed.. ) in front of you.

In 2023, Dzijo, together with his comrade Alexander Ponomarev, was arranged by a charity dinner, the main purpose of which is to raise funds for drones and pickups for defenders in the Bakhmut direction.
