Summer is in full swing, but the weather outside the window does not please the hot sun, and it's not always possible to get to the sea resort. Instead of flipping the Instagram ribbon with some envy and commenting on beach photos of the lucky ones, we propose to take advantage of the situation and see films that will help us to feel the summer mood.

Here and road-movie about the Beatles, and the crazy festival of hippies, and nightly conversations with writers of the "lost" generation on the Parisian terraces. In a word, enjoy eating something!.

TRAIN TO DARGJILING (2007) Three brothers, going through the death of their father, go to India in search of spiritual enlightenment and lost warmth of family relations. On the journey, they will encounter a series of comical situations, dangerous scuffles and tragic losses, but they will still find peace that they so badly needed.

Bright colors and symmetrical frames typical of the films of Wes Anderson, as well as Adrien Brody, Owen Wilson and Jason Shvartsman in the lead roles make at least a little bit to leave the stuffy metropolis and immerse themselves in the exotic Indian atmosphere.

ROMAN HOLIDAYS (1953) Classics classic. If you still have not watched this film, then now is the time to catch up, and if you've already seen it - well, shake the old days and enjoy it again, one of the warm evenings of this summer.

The young princess (Audrey Hepburn) escapes from the intrusive control of the suite and enjoys freedom in Rome, where she accidentally meets journalist Joe Bradley (Gregory Peck). Romantic atmosphere and unusual circumstances contribute to the feelings that broke out between the pair.

Subtle humor and an amazing game Audrey Hepburn were awarded three awards "Oscar". A girl, carefree riding a moped around the Italian capital, is this not an ideal summer picture?.

VIKI Christina BARCELONA (2008) Two friends spend summer vacations in Spain, where they get acquainted with the eccentric local artist. A man ties up romantic relationships with both girls, but soon their ex-wife invades their life.

Javier Bardem, Penelope Cruz, Scarlett Johansson, as well as wine, Spanish guitar and heated passions in the next masterpiece from Woody Allen - it's worth seeing.

FROM AFRICA (1985) The Danish Baroness and her husband come to Kenya to found a farm there. But the relationship between the pair gives a break, and the woman ties up an affair with a local hunter.

The love triangle with Meryl Streep in the title role was awarded seven Oscar prizes, including for the best film and best direction.

THIS ILLUSTRATIVE MOMENT (2015) Two best friends go to a Corsican resort with their daughters. One of the girls selflessly falls in love with his father's friend and now the whole vacation is turned upside down.

A comedy in the typically French style with Vincent Cassel and Francois Clusse in the lead roles will be pleased with light irony and a warm mood.

SHUTURMOYA WOODSTOCK (2009) 1969. A young designer working in the city's mayor's office receives permission to hold a small music festival to attract tourists to the city. Together with his friend the guy organizes the legendary "Woodstock".

The story of adventurers who have ended the era of the hippies and started the sexual revolution will help tune in to the summer wave to the music of Jimi Hendrix, Joe Cocker and Ravi Shankar.

ODYSSEY (2016) Jacques-Yves Cousteau is known to most as a dreamer who conquered the depths of the sea. His relationship with his family remained behind the scenes of stunning movies about the underwater world.

The picture with Audrey Tautou and Pierre Nina tells of the close Cousteau, who went through with him the hard way to glory. The plot is shaded by bright landscapes and sunny sea spaces.

FULL IN PARIS (2011) An American writer arrives in Paris, where he finds himself in a temporary loop and is in the past. The man suggests Hemingway read his novel, watches Picasso's work, makes peace with Fitzgerald and ties up an affair with a beautiful stranger.

The comedy of Woody Allen with Owen Wilson and Marion Cotillard will help to experience Paris of the 1920s and brighten up even the most boring evening.

PREVIEW MY WIFE (2011) The main character tells the girl a tragic story about her non-existent wife and problems of family life to impress. The young lady refuses to continue to deal with him until he gets acquainted with his wife. Now the role of the wife will have to be fulfilled by his colleague, and the situation will develop like a snowball.

The comedy with Adam Sandler, Jennifer Aniston and Nicole Kidman will make you laugh until you drop and forget yourself in a world where all stories have a happy ending.

IN THE ROAD (2012) A screen version of the novel by Jack Kerouac "On the Road" about the beats generation was nominated for the Palm branch.

The autobiographical story of the author's journey by car to the US in the late 1940s will tell what it's like to go on an adventure in the company of crazy friends-writers, whose prototypes were William Burroughs and Allen Ginsberg.

I hope these films will help you brighten up the summer evenings and cheer up, even if in the near future you have a job in a city office, rather than a vacation at sea. So enjoy your viewing!.
