This Monday, October 21, at 16:00 on the TV channel “1+1 Ukraine” the premiere of the documentary detective “Anatomy of a Diva” will take place, which will reveal modern Ukrainian medicine through stories of inspiring healings and the achievements of doctors who work real miracles. The host of the project was Valentina Khamaiko, and one of the heroines was the famous Ukrainian actress Ekaterina Tyshkevich.

The artist suffered from constant headaches, the cause of which doctors could not determine for a long time.. She was forced to take toxic drugs. In December 2023, the actress was in intensive care with a diagnosis of sepsis.. Doctors fought for her life for more than a week. The infection turned out to be extremely aggressive, spreading quickly, leading to organ failure. She was put into medicated sleep, and doctors prepared for emergency surgery.. Because the arm was swollen due to an unknown infection, the family signed a consent form for possible amputation. “The doctor explained that if they find something, they will remove everything to healthy tissue. If they need to amputate to the shoulder, they will do so.. I understood this and signed it, because we simply had no other chances,” shared the actress’s mother Natalya.

Catherine’s husband and mother hoped for the best, and the doctors began a complex operation. All this time, the actress’s mother was in a cafe near the hospital and was waiting for the doctors to call. Soon the doctor called and said that the arm had been saved and the swelling would gradually subside. After the operation, the actress began to recover. When Ekaterina Tyshkevich came to her senses, she saw that her relatives were next to her. “I remember opening my eyes and immediately seeing Valik, my husband, sitting on a chair. He immediately took my hand and began to say: “You can handle it, I know that you are scared and confused, but everything will be fine, I’m here.”.
