On the Instagram page, Natalka Karpa said that in Poland she and her two-year-old daughter were forced to seek help from local doctors.

The girl was diagnosed with a serious virus. In a photoblog, Karpa shared her experience of visiting Polish doctors:.

" More precisely, in a Polish hospital and, more precisely, I, as an accompanying person (mother), because Zlata got to the hospital. They caught rotavirus... they couldn't handle it themselves, so they knocked on the door of a local clinic. Treatment protocols are slightly different from Ukraine, at least it seemed to me so. Medicine at a good level, we were treated responsibly and very carefully! " She also shared a cute video in which she sings her hit "

Natalka's fans, in turn, wished the girl a speedy recovery and noted that she was very sweet.
