On the TV channel Ukraine premiere of the series Rain Flowers, one of the main roles in which played a young Ukrainian actor Vlad Nikityuk.

For the 25-year-old artist, the last two years have been extremely "productive": Vlad has played in two dozen television films, and also embodied the main role in the sports-drama action "The Rule of Battle".

About why he had to walk with a beard for two months, what paintings are currently working on and whether we will see him in theatrical productions, Vlad Nikituk told in an exclusive interview to the TV site. UA.

You played one of the main roles in the new series "Flowers of the Rain". Tell us about the picture and your hero.

It was a great project in terms of the team: a cool cast, the camera crew, all worked well. The fascination of this project for me is that it seems to be divided into two parts: the first one lasts 3 episodes, when all the characters are still in the school period, and the second one is already 10 years after the long separation.

First we play ourselves very young, and then - adults. My character Plato on the history is a little older than the rest of the guys, he is a businessman, he has his own hotel. She is first owned by his father, this is their family business. So in 10 years the hotel simply goes into the domain of Plato. He's not a poor guy, as they say. And of course - in love with the main character.

But will he then marry another girl?.

Yes, he marries another, I will not speak on anyone, so as not to spoil. But he still has feelings for the main heroine, he can not cope with himself and still tries to do something to be with his beloved.

Somehow I had to change my appearance for a period of 10 years later?.

Yes, and by the way, the first period I liked more, because then I was shaved and short-cropped, and in the second period I was forced to grow a beard. I could not shave for two months, because all this time we were shooting. For me it was a bit unusual.

What projects are you currently working on?.

Alexei Shaparev shoots the feature film "Kruty. 1918 ». And I have a small role there. While the details will not be disclosed, but I will definitely say that in this project I will be clean-shaven and with antennae that will be glued to me (laughs). Also involved in the 8-episode film directed by Taras Dudar - "Princess". There I have one of the main roles.

You also played in the theater. Are they still involved in some performances?.

Unfortunately no. And it's not because of the lack of time, but because I simply do not have an outlet for this. Now I'm doing this, planning to audition for theaters, going to auditions. It is difficult without a constant training, it is necessary to draw some new knowledge, skills, inspiration and, it seems to me, it can all be found in the theater.

This year there were many pictures with your participation. Do not notice that in our series the same actors are repeated?.

First, in our country the film production industry is not properly formed. We still do not have famous actors, we do not have such high-profile names, which really would have something to say. In order for them to be, they need to be created, and since nobody is engaged in this, the actors make names for themselves. Therefore, if someone says that we have too many flickers of the same actors, then I do not think that this is bad. If it is good - let it flicker! I recently went to a taxi and asked the driver if he knows any Ukrainian directors or actors. He told me: "Bogdan Stupka".

We have a well-structured system of show programs, every talent show and so on.. And we need to create something of the same kind, only in terms of cinema, serials. We know singers, even dancers, but not actors.

Is there any other role that you would like to play?.

I want to play many more roles! Both in the theater and in the cinema, but then how lucky ... Here with the role in the project "Rules of the battle" I was lucky. Very much looking forward to the release of the serial version.

Well, yes, maybe ... Not for nothing that Zhenya Galich was taken there. Among the youth, he is now quite a popular singer. Yes, and the film was designed for it, and it will be good if after watching this film, students after school will not drink beer, but play sports.

How do you think, which of our directors can make a really good Ukrainian movie?.

Ahtem Seitablayev.

He did not invite you to his films?.

Not yet invited. But everything can be. I do not like to impose myself, especially since I know if I need Ahtem, he will call me. His film "Cyborgs" turned out to be a great success! For me personally, "Cyborgs" is the beginning of the real Ukrainian film production.

And how did you get acquainted with Ahtem Seitablayev?.

We met thanks to Katya Stepankova - the daughter of Ada Rogovtseva. Katya then resumed her entertaining performance "Be as at home", she invited me to one of the roles. Ahtem there also played, so we met. By the way, on December, 30th, in the Kiev October palace there will be our performance "Be as at home". Come, we will be glad to see you.

If we have already started talking about Ukrainian films, what components should be to say that this is our film?.

Actually I do not know. Go to the Cyborgs! It seems to me that I have not seen a more Ukrainian film.

Quotas entered Ukrainian on the Ukrainian language. Are you ready for this?.

Yes, I'm ready for this already. I am fluent in Ukrainian.

How many films do you have about a year?.

Films - this is very loudly said. Of the full meter, I have so far only Shadows of Unforgettable Ancestors and The Rule of Combat. But the series, movie clips ... I do not even know, yet enough (laughs).

What is more profitable:

to act in films or in serials?.

It is profitable to just shoot. But this is an absolutely unstable profession.

And there was no fear of the abyss, as an artist?.

Was, of course. Earlier it was much more terrible than now. Now I'm sure that you can always find a way out. Moreover, now our Ukrainian cinema is developing, and God forbid, soon we will have a lot of films, our cinema will be in demand. So, I think, there will be enough work for everyone.
