The Central Siberian Department for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring reports that the so-called "black sky" regime was introduced in Krasnoyarsk because of the deterioration of weather conditions, "Rossiyskaya Gazeta".

The department explained: "From 19 o'clock on April 24, 2017 until 19 o'clock on April 26, 2017 on the territory of Krasnoyarsk meteorological conditions are expected unfavorable for the dispersion of harmful impurities in the atmospheric air.

Declared NMU first degree of danger ».

It is noted that this year the regime of the "black sky", or unfavorable meteorological conditions, is introduced in Krasnoyarsk not for the first time.

In this regard, regional authorities have stated the need for toughening penalties for pollution of the environment. So, large fines were received by the heads of several boilers of the regional center, and recently for the exhaust was fined the bus carrier.
