Bayern Munich and England striker Harry Kane predicted a possible victory in the Ballon d'Or vote.
Behind the words of the 33-year-old forward, the fact that the local award ceremony will be held in London makes this a special occasion for him.
" For me, victory in the fight for the Ballon d'Or would be a great success, but now I will focus on proving myself clearly again in the current season,” Kane said in an interview with the Bayern club magazine.
The Golden Ball award ceremony will take place on June 26th. The main contenders for the prestigious individual award are Harry Kane and Barcelona winger Lamin Yamal.
