If a red threat level is declared, passenger boarding and train departures will be suspended. People should go to shelters.

Depending on the situation on the ground, Ukrzaliznytsia will be able to quickly limit the movement of trains, as well as distribute rolling stock and passengers to prevent crowds of people.

Ukrzaliznytsia, together with regional military administrations and local communities, should expand access to shelters at train stations and stations.
