Ukrzaliznytsia suggested that the target of the Russian drone on the border with Poland could well have been a diplomatic train that left the station earlier than its scheduled time.

Let us remind you that two kilometers from the border with Poland, Russian troops attacked the locomotive of a passenger train.

UZ clarified that the diplomatic train with Johnson and other diplomats was indeed at the Yagodin station shortly before the defeat of the locomotive. While on the other train, which was at the station at the exact moment of this attack, there was a former head of the CIA.

“Shortly before the defeat of the locomotive on the border of Ukraine and Poland at the Yagodin station there was a diplomatic train, on board of which were, in particular, security advisers of several EU member states, former European leaders including ex-British Prime Minister Boris Johnson. On another train, which was at the Yagodin station at the time of this attack, was the former head of the CIA, David Petraeus,” the report noted..

As noted, the jet drone was discovered by the dispatcher of the Central Monitoring Group and gave an evacuation signal literally 15 minutes before the hit.

“It is highly likely that the target of this Russian drone could have been a diplomatic train that left the station ahead of its scheduled time as part of a real-time review of train schedules due to the constant threat of Russian strikes,” the company added.

Earlier, media reported that during the attack there were European officials on one of the trains, in particular Advisor to the German Chancellor Guenther Sautter and former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
