Roma officially announced the transfer of central manager Leonardo Balerdi. The Argentinean moved to the Italian club from the French Marseille.

The 27-year-old footballer joined the Djalorossi on loan and will represent the Romans until the end of the 2026/27 season. The agreement between the clubs also conveys the possibility of a full-fledged purchase of the gravel for the conclusion of important points.

At the warehouse Romi Balerdi appears under number 26.

The Argentinean is a member of Boca Juniors, having started his professional career. Years later, he moved to Europe, signing a contract with Borussia Dortmund. In 2020, he moved to Marseille on loan, after which the French club bought his contract for 11 million euros.

In an hour of playing at the warehouse, Marcel Balerdi played in over 200 matches, recording six goals and three assists.

The defender is also ready to compete for the Argentina national team, having played 11 matches. Balerdi, entering before the team's application for the 2026 World Championships, lost the warehouse due to injury and loss even before the start of the tournament.
