Following information from Fabrizio Romano, Valencia have officially approached Liverpool for the possible transfer of Harvey Elliott. The Spaniards are already negotiating with both the footballer’s representatives and the English club.

Elliott has three propositions: To extend his career, Valencia will be ahead of its competitors. Negotiations between the parties may continue today. The Englishman himself wants to leave Enfield, but his contract will expire this summer.
