Rosario Central striker Angel Di Maria is contemplating his upcoming professional career. The 37-year-old Argentinean did not turn off that he could never finish his performance on the greatest level.

After defeating Rosario Central in the Copa Libertadores, Maria recognized that this moment is not easy for her. The footballer wants to continue fighting in the tournament, but now there are concerns about his future.

“It’s an important period that my dream was to last, but football. Now I need to think and decide that I want to work further,” Di Maria said in an interview with ESPN.

The Argentine also assessed the team's performance in the recent match and learned that Rosario Central was not able to quickly create moments.

" We suffered a lot and were unable to realize our potential. “Sometimes everything doesn’t turn out the way we want, and now the same thing has happened to us,” the footballer said in a Fox Sports commentary.

Di Maria turned to Rosario Central in 2025 after a trivial career in European football.
