Phoenix-Mariupol announced the completion of the work of Maxim Feshchuk as the head coach of the first team.
The club reported about the decision from its official resources, without disclosing the reasons for the spying with the Fakhivtsev.
Feshchuk will be tied to Phoenix-Mariupol as early as 2021, if the team competed at the amateur level. In 2024, he joined the coaching staff, and in 2025, he led the team.
Under the leadership of Feshchuk, Phoenix-Mariupol finished last season of the First League in ninth position. In addition, the team reached the quarterfinals of the Ukrainian Cup, where they lost to Chernigov in a penalty shootout.
Now the club has to sign up with Feshchuk as head coach.
