The Diya portal has expanded the category of applications to the international Register of traffickers assigned to Russian aggression. From now on, state and municipal authorities can submit applications for expenditures to support the affected population, as well as for the disintegration of Ukrainian territories.

We are talking about the losses and expenses associated with the legacy of Russian aggression against Ukraine after February 24, 2022.

Which categories have become available.

Two new categories have been added to the Register - B4 and B5. They are recognized primarily for the bodies of state power, local self-government, state and municipal institutions and enterprises.

B4 - government humanitarian spending to support the affected population. Submitting an application can establish that, at the expense of the sovereign or municipal budgets, they financed assistance to people who suffered from the legacy of Russian aggression.

B5 - disintegration and purification of unexploded ammunition. The category craves spending by authorities, state and municipal institutions and enterprises on the expansion of the territory of Ukraine for budgetary costs.

How to submit an application to the Register of Trademarks.

Submissions are processed online through the portal Diya. For this purpose, it is necessary for an authorized representative to establish:.

Log in to the Diya portal for an additional electronic signature.

Fill out the confirmation application and add documents to confirm your expenses.

Sign the application with an electronic signature and send it to the International Register of Bills.

Why is the International Register of Bills needed?.

International Register of Confiscation of Creations for documenting statements of waste, damage and confiscation imposed on the territory of Ukraine as a result of the international illegal activities of the Russian Federation after 24 February 2022.

It is important that the Register itself does not provide a mechanism for the immediate payment of compensation. Its task is to record the task and formulate a documentary basis for the upcoming international compensation mechanism.

The expanded category B4 and B5 allows you to recover not only the most important private wealth, but also the significant spending of powers and communities on the heirs of the war.
