Real Madrid continues to pursue the team's strengths in the summer transfer period and has shown respect to the two leaders of Borussia Dortmund.

According to journalist Patrick Berger, the central manager Nico Schlotterbeck and senior manager Felix Nmecha have reached the list of candidates for the Madrid club. Vershkovsky head coach Jose Mourinho highly evaluates the abilities of both players and has also collected detailed information regarding potential transfers.

The Real Madrid coach is particularly interested in Schlotterbeck. The Portuguese striker is expected to strengthen the center of defense with a left-footed defender, and the German is one of the main candidates for this role. Arsenal defender Riccardo Calafiori is also on Madrid's radar.

It appears that Schlotterbeck has a special clause in his contract related to the World Championship, which could allow him to lose Borussia for an amount of 50 to 60 million euros.
