Manchester United mainstay Manuel Ugarte was promoted to Milan, Nikolo Skira reports.
According to the journalist, negotiations between the parties regarding a potential transfer of the 25-year-old Uruguayan are not yet underway. The Transfermarkt portal estimates that, at the end of the 2024 season, Manchester United will pay PSG for 50 million euros. Ugarte is currently valued at 25 million.
Manuel's contract with the Mancunians is insured until the end of the month 2029. The agreement on the spivpraza transfers an optional extension to another campaign.
The Rossoneri are now approaching the appointment of Ruben Amorim as head coach. Under the supervision of this specialist, Ugarte played for both Sporting Lisbon and Manchester United.
During the 2025/26 season, the defensive midfielder played 24 matches (without effective actions) in all tournaments, having drawn the one-thousand-khilin badge on the field (1005).
