Peremozhtsev was chosen by the votes of the coaches and captains of the championship teams.

The highlight of the season was Bukovina winger Vitaly Dakhnovsky, who won 28 matches – 18 goals and all assists.

The award for the best coach went to Bukovina coach Serhiy Shishchenko. The Chernivtsi team became champions before the start and reached the UPL.
