Inter has agreed to a new contract with the team's head coach Christian Kivu, reports journalist Nikolo Skira.
According to Dzherel's information, the official agreement of the Romanian leader is insured until the summer of 2027, but the parties have agreed to extend it for another season - until the summer of 2028. The option to prolong the contract has also been transferred to the market. The trainer's salary has increased twice as much and is now close to 4 million euros per year. All key minds are already in good condition.
Having won the Inter 2025 season and the 2025/26 season, Kivu led the team to the “golden double” - won the Italian Championship and the Italian Cup. Before working in the Milanese club, the 45-year-old specialist has minimal evidence of coaching work on an adult level, most of them in Parma in just a few months.
