Estremadura officially announced the entry of new partners - the sports investment platform NXTPLAY, whose founder is Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois. The club press service informs about this.

Due to its ownership, NXTPLAY becomes a partner of the club together with its current president Daniel Tafur, who is also a sports and institutional project. The parties worked closely to please fate, and their finalization avoided the historical achievements of the team.

Estremadura finished the season in first place in its division and achieved its fourth success in the highest rank, rising to Primera Federacion - one of the greatest series victories in history.

For the NXTPLAY project, there is already another football club in the investment portfolio after the French Le Mans, which also recently achieved promotion from the class to League 1. In this manner, the structure's teams immediately lost promotion in various championships.
