The Association of Spanish Football Referees appealed to the Disciplinary Committee with a strong claim against the President of Real Madrid, Florentino Perez, through his harsh statements about judging and corruption in Spanish football.

The Arbitration Association is aware that Perez's findings went beyond sports criticism and actually took revenge on the systemic corruption of the entire judicial corps.
