Bayern Munich will continue its partnership with goalkeeper Manuel Neuer, whose current contract expires in June this year.

According to information from Abendzeitung Munchen, the club and the player have already agreed on a new agreement, which will be valid for another season - until the summer of 2027.

It is indicated that the 40-year-old goalkeeper is confident in his ability to continue performing at a high level, and the Munich club is pleased with his contribution to the team.

At the same time, Bayern intends to distribute playing time next season between Neuer and 22-year-old Jonas Urbig, who is considered his successor.

As you know, this season Neuer played 34 matches for Bayern in all competitions, conceding 33 goals, and in 11 meetings he managed to keep his goal intact.

It was previously reported that Neuer's future is holding back Bayern's transfer campaign.
