The Donetsk club was fined 20 thousand euros for transmitting a message that did not comply with the requirements of a sporting event, as well as 10 thousand euros for violating the procedure for dealing with a serious injury to a player.

It is worth noting that in the first match within the LC, Shakhtar midfielder Izaki Silva lost consciousness after a collision with an opponent and, after receiving assistance from medical personnel, returned to the field, and only 20 minutes later he was replaced on the field.

Meanwhile, Arda Turan was fined €20,000 for failing to comply with procedures related to serious player injuries, in particular concussion protocols.
