This was reported on the government services portal. It is noted that now citizens just need to select a ready-made charter and register a public organization in a few clicks in Dii.

It is noted that more than 30 areas of activity are available on the portal, in particular volunteering, education and human rights. In addition, flexible settings for the organization’s work are offered: how management will work, members will be accepted or funding will be generated, etc..

For those who do not want or cannot register a public organization online, the service remains available offline in the territorial centers of the Ministry of Justice.
