The investigation is working out several versions in the criminal proceedings about the murder of journalist Pavel Sheremet, the representative of the National Police, Yaroslav Trakalo.
In a comment to the publication "Ukrainian Truth" he said that they are considering the following versions:.
- Committing a crime because of professional activities in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus;.
- an error in the object of the crime, namely the preparation of the murder of the owner of the publication "Ukrainian Truth" by Elena Pritula;.
- critical publications of Sheremet in the publication "Ukrainian Truth" and speeches on the radio "Vesti";.
- destabilization of the situation in the state with the aim of forming an erroneous negative perception of the socio-political situation in Ukraine;.
- conflicts in the personal life of Sheremet in connection with the family, commercial and financial situation of the latter.
