The Pechersky District Court of Kyiv has left the detective of the National Anti -Corruption Bureau of Ruslan Magamedrasulov, the Corruption Center reported. It is indicated that in this way judge Oleg Belotserkovets satisfied the request of the prosecutor's office.

" The defense asked for any measure not related to the detention, ”added to the CPC.

They reminded that Ruslan Magamedrasulov, like his father, has been behind bars for more than 50 days.

Note that the court hearing began the day before. However, as reported by Supilna, he was moved to September 12, because the lawyers of the NABU detective did not manage to arrive at the meeting. According to Magamedrasulov, the defenders received a message about the meeting only 2 hours before its beginning.

While the prosecutors approved yesterday, they allegedly tried to ensure the presence of lawyers and give them a petition for extension. According to the prosecution, the lawyers of the NABU detective allegedly are specially delaying the case, realizing that the term of the preventive measure expires.

Recall that the head of the interregional department of NABU Detectives Ruslan Magamedrasulov SBU detained on July 21 on suspicion of Gosizmen and was sent without the right to pledge. The SBU accuses him and his father of cooperation with the Republic of Dagestan and even published an audio recording as evidence.
