In the presence of the provincial governor of the Sverdlovsk region Evgeny Kuyvashev, agreements on social and economic cooperation between the government of the Sverdlovsk region, the mayor's office of Nizhny Tagil, the administration of the Kachkanar city district and EVRAZ-Holding.

On behalf of the regional government, the tripartite document was signed by the first deputy head of the region Alexey Orlov, on the part of Nizhny Tagil - the head of the city Sergey Nosov, for EVRAZ the signature was put by the vice-president of the holding Maxim Andriyasov. Evgeny Kuyvashev noted that thanks to this agreement, EVRAZ projects in these municipalities will fall into the category of priority ones:.
