The American command expressed concern about the information provided by the Turkish Anadolu agency about the location of US military bases in Syria. Washington believes that this could damage the actions of the international coalition led by the United States to combat the "Islamic State" terrorist group banned in Russia,. So commented on the "merged" earlier on Wednesday, July 19, data from Pentagon spokesman Eric Pehon RIA Novosti.

"For reasons of operational security, we do not disclose the location of coalition forces that conduct operations in Syria to defeat the IG," - said the American. "The publication of sensitive military information exposes coalition forces to unnecessary risk and may disrupt ongoing operations to defeat the IG," he said..

"We can not independently confirm the sources used in the publication, but we would be very concerned if NATO ally officials deliberately endangered our forces by disseminating such information," the Pentagon spokesman summed up..

According to Anadolu, two US airbases in the Rumeilan area and the province of El Hasaka have been in operation since 2015. In March 2016, a helicopter base was opened in the Harab-Isk region of Ain el-Arab, which is also used as a transfer point on one of the routes for delivering military aid to Syrian Kurds.

The Turks declassified three more bases in the province of El-Hasaka. On one of them there are 100 American servicemen, on the other - about 150. And these databases are aimed at fighting against the Igilovites. According to the agency, two more locations for US troops are located in Manbij, where operations are conducted against the forces of the Free Syrian Army, which, in turn, is supported by Ankara.

In addition, three more bases are reported in the north of the province of Racca. On two of them are placed not only the American, but also the French military. The third one is used for the transfer of equipment to Kurdish forces, as well as the communication center of the coalition forces and the base for operations to destroy communications of the IG militants, is confirmed in the publication.

It is noted that US bases are closed and strictly classified territories. US servicemen maintain contacts for air strikes and shelling, train local forces, conduct operational planning. There is a modern technology - highly maneuverable artillery systems, armored vehicles, and mobile reconnaissance equipment.

According to the Turkish agency, the Americans stationed their military personnel in places where they would be more difficult to find: in residential areas, camps of the Democratic Union, in enterprises.

Later on Wednesday Anadolu was pleased that their publication was noticed by the world media. In particular, the publication notes that the German Bild posted on the site a satellite image of one of the airbases on which American special forces and vehicles are stationed.

The Germans studied the Operations Management Center, located in the SeptT village of the Syrrin district, south of the city of Ain El-Arab (Kobani).

The authors of the article report that in the operations management center there are shelters for hundreds of servicemen, a fleet of vehicles for 40 military vehicles, air transport and various buildings designed to ensure security.

Recall, between Ankara and Washington, the contradictions arose due to the recent decision by US President Donald Trump to supply weapons to Syrian Kurds who are fighting against the Igilovites. Turkey also believes that the Kurdish groups in Syria are linked to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), which both Ankara and Washington consider a terrorist.
