Ukrainian enterprises with the status of criticality will be able to book more employees from mobilization into the ranks. This was made possible thanks to the updating of the rules for calculating the number of military personnel at the enterprise on the portal.

As explained in the Ministry of Digital Transformation, if earlier mobilized workers were not counted in the total number of military liable for military service, now those who have become protection of the state after May 18, 2024 will be taken into account. This will allow companies to book more specialists in their percentage.

Logic is as follows: at an enterprise where 80 military servicemen work, you can now book 40 of them. According to the new rules, if previously at the same enterprise 20 military liability were mobilized, the total number of registration has increased to 100, that is, the limit for booking workers will increase to 50.

Thus, you can book more specialists without the actual number of employees at the enterprise. But at the same time, the list does not take into account employees reserved in other companies. Some categories of workers are booking outside the limit:.
