The return of the so-called “classic blackout schedules” in Kyiv should be expected no earlier than April, that is, after warming. This cautious forecast was made by the General Director of the energy supply company Yasno, Sergei Kovalenko, on the air of the Ukrinform program “E Rozmova”.
According to him, it is difficult to predict a return to constant schedules due to the persistently difficult situation in the energy system.
" ] Once the situation with network shortages improves, most likely we will be able to return to these classic schedules. When? I think it's hard to expect a return to these schedules before April,"
He added that the debt of Kiev residents for consumed electricity in January increased by UAH 224 million and now exceeds UAH 1.
2 billion.. According to Kovalenko, a third of this debt is formed by consumers who have not paid for electricity for more than a month - that is, these are systematic defaulters.
