In accordance with paragraph 2 of the Regulation on the unified state automated register of persons entitled to benefits approved by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 29. 01. 2003 No. 117, the following information is included in the register:.

Passport data of the beneficiary and family members who are extended by the benefit;
