Parents of schoolchildren who study at a remote form of education have the opportunity to work from home. Such a right is provided for by the new law on the improvement of regulation of distance and homework No. 4339-ih, which makes amendments to the Code of Laws. The document was already signed by the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky.
To transfer the employee to home or remote work, it is necessary:.
corresponding administrative document from the head of the institution where the child is studying;
choose a parent who will work remotely;
get the approval of the employer.
It is noted that such changes will contribute to the creation of the proper working conditions of parents in the case of teaching a child in a remote form of education in institutions of general secondary education.
