The Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Donetsk region told what changes recipients of subsidies are required to report to the Pension Fund within 30 days.

In particular, you must report:.

on changes in the composition of household members registered in the dwelling (house);

about changes in their social status;

about changes in the family composition of a household member;

on changes in the list of received housing and communal services, the conditions for their provision;

change of the manager, utility service provider (except when information about the change is provided by the service provider), creation of an association of co-owners of an apartment building;

the onset of conditions under which the subsidy is not assigned, in accordance with subparagraphs 2, 4, 8-10 of paragraph 14 of the regulation " 10. 1995 №848;

receipt by a citizen who has been assigned a housing subsidy, or a member of his family, of a lump-sum income in an amount exceeding 25 times the subsistence minimum established for able-bodied persons;

the occurrence of conditions under which the right to receive a subsidy for overtime housing space is lost.

A housing subsidy is an irrevocable targeted state social assistance to consumers who cannot independently pay for housing and communal services. The legislation provides only two cases when the overpaid subsidy is returned to the state.
