President Volodymyr Zelensky has enacted new sanctions from the National Security Council, most of which are directed against Russian legal entities and individuals.. Corresponding decrees No. 235/2023 and No. 236/2023 are published on the website of the President.
The first list includes 322 Russian legal entities associated with the Russian defense industry, space and infrastructure. Among them are scientific institutes, machine-building and other enterprises and government departments..
The second list includes 40 individuals:
citizens of Russia and a number of countries associated, probably, with a Russian representative office abroad (including offshore companies included in a separate list of 58 names).
One citizen of Ukraine, Volodymyr Bobryshev, was also included in the sanctions list.. The specified collaborator acted as the head of the personnel department of the Kherson regional Ministry of Internal Affairs during the Russian control of Kherson.
