The Aerok concrete products plant, which was owned by Russian oligarch Andrey Molchanov, and now arrested and is under the control of the National Agency for the Identification, Search and Management of Assets Obtained from Corruption and Other Crimes, owes millions of hryvnias under service payment agreements. Thus, Kyivoblgaz is suing Aerok LLC due to a debt for the provision of services for the distribution of natural gas in June-September 2022 in the amount of UAH 2.6 million. Another UAH 2.6 million the plant owes to PE Alfa Legion under an agreement on the provision of security services. The private enterprise " UAH for organized transportation by road.

Analysts also note that the company was sued by a number of workers seeking to appeal against recent layoffs and resume work.. As of April 2023. the court considered the claims of ten such workers.

The Aerok plant is owned by Russian multimillionaire Andrei Molchanov, who is considered close to Russian President Vladimir Putin.. In particular, in Russia the businessman is known for the construction of housing for the military personnel of the Russian army.. The assets of Aerok LLC were arrested and by court decisions on May 25 and November 2, 2022 in the case of financing the war and transferred to the management of ARMA. It was about corporate rights and the authorized capital of Aerok LLC, an abundance of real estate, land plots, vehicles and working equipment.

In January of this year, the Kharkiv Building Materials company was elected as the manager of the Aerok plant, however, as of April, the contract has not yet been concluded with the manager, evaluation procedures are ongoing.



“Unless the parliament finally introduces new mechanisms for selecting managers and selling Russian assets through the Prozorro electronic auction platform.
