Industrial parks of Bila Tserkva in the Kyiv region are exempt from paying land tax from the beginning of April until the end of this year. The decision was made by the City Council, said Dmitry Kisilevsky, Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development.
"
According to him, the local authorities received the right to reduce the land tax to zero in July 2022.. Previously, similar decisions were made by Lviv and Vinnitsa.
“It is very indicative that these three cities are the leaders in Ukraine in the development of industrial parks.. And I recommend their experience to other communities to study.. So, in the Industrial Park Belaya Tserkov, the places in the constructed premises have already run out - they are all occupied by industrial enterprises. And now the park operator is building new buildings - already under the order of specific investors,” the deputy added..
Patchwork is also located not far from Bila Tserkva - while it is not in the register of industrial parks, but in fact it is an industrial park. And new industrial enterprises are also located there, because there are ready-made premises, electricity, gas and other networks, a road, a railway.
