The total amount of new microcredits decreased by almost three times

At the end of last year, 5.3 million loan agreements for microloans were concluded (in 2021, an average of 1.1 million agreements were concluded per month). At the same time, the total amount of microcredits issued decreased by almost three times - from 65.1 billion. UAH. in 2021 to 23.9 billion. UAH, reports Opendatabot.

On average, Ukrainians took almost half a million microloans per month. The average loan amount for 2022 remained almost unchanged and amounted to UAH 4439. This is only 3% less than in 2021.

The amount of debts on microcredits decreased by UAH 5 billion - from UAH 13.1 billion at the beginning of 2022 to UAH 8.05 billion at the beginning of this year.

Loan closing rates increased in the second half of the year. More than half of the total amount by which the debt of Ukrainians decreased falls on this period - UAH 3.4 billion or 67%.
