Pensions expert Sergei Korobkin explained why the payments of some pensioners remained unchanged or increased insignificantly, writes Social Information Platform.

The total pension for persons with disabilities due to war cannot be less than 525% of the subsistence minimum. This is 10 988 UAH. Such payments are assigned under the Laws “On State Social Assistance to Persons Not Eligible for a Pension and Persons with Disabilities” and “On State Social Assistance to Persons Disabled from Childhood and Disabled Children”. Such assistance has not yet been reviewed this year, because the cost of living does not change..

The recalculation of such pensions is still planned, but not from March, but from July 2023.
