In the near future, three new electronic registers in the field of real estate accounting will be created in Ukraine. This is provided for by draft law No. 7398, which, first of all, is designed to create new approaches to shelters in Ukraine, but at the same time provides for the functioning of three new electronic registries.

Unified State Register of Administrative-Territorial Units and Territories of Territorial Communities.

The State Register of Buildings and Structures is an electronic system that, according to the adopted concept, will contain data on completed construction objects and land plots under them. Such objects will be assigned unique identifiers that will be immutable and will act as a key for data exchange. This will eliminate fraud when registering ownership of real estate.

Verification and filling of these registers will be carried out by local governments.
