The Cabinet of Ministers has temporarily allowed the use of Euro3 and Euro4 fuels, which Ukraine has abandoned since 2016, in order to attract an additional fuel resource to the country. The Ministry of Energy reports.

It is noted that for this purpose the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution " (The technical regulation was approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 1, 2013. No. 927).

This will attract an additional resource of fuel for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations, agricultural machinery and vehicles..

The changes will remain in effect until the end or cancellation of martial law in Ukraine.

Recall that Ukraine switched to the Euro5 environmental standard from January 1, 2016. Since then, it has been forbidden to import and register both new and used cars that do not meet this standard.. Ukrainian manufacturers also had to adjust their products for Euro-5.
