The State Reserve Agency of Ukraine is ready, if necessary, to transfer food products stored in the State Reserve for their use. This was announced by the chairman of the State Reserve Agency of Ukraine Yaroslav Pogorely, quoted by the press service of the department.

In particular, we are talking about the transfer, if necessary, of such items as canned goods, meat, tea, butter and other food products. In order to determine the need for food, letters were sent to the regional state administrations.

“The State Reserve is a state pantry where essentials and food are stored in case of emergency. Our state and the world have never faced such problems and we must be prepared to respond quickly to challenges. The State Reserve has already received answers from several administrations with their needs, so we are preparing relevant documents and appeals to the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, ”said Yaroslav Pogorely, Chairman of the State Reserve Agency of Ukraine.
