We purchased a press for the production of agricultural grids worth several tens of millions of hryvnia. According to the government's decision this year, these purchases are based on a two-year installment payment of VAT, this is to support the national producer. In this case, it will allow us to keep working capital in the amount of 4 million. UAH. before starting the equipment and putting it into service. And for a week the press is on the border without traffic, we have bypassed all the customs departments: tariffs, payments, assignment of codes - but this is not the end-edge for these visits in the offices, "said Alexander Vasilenko, the chairman of the management board of PJSC" Frunze Plant ".

He said that the plant is forced to pay carriers equipment for 7 thousand. UAH. for every day of idle time at customs, and loses valuable time that could be spent on installing a new press.

"If the customs needs to take money from us on the account, the entire operation takes 15 minutes, but when it comes to giving us a legal installment to pay import VAT, it stretches for weeks downtime. It's like a quest game: we walk from the office to the office, everyone smiles benevolently, but the task does not dare, "the head of the company.

According to him, the customs officials say that registration can be delayed up to 30 days, however, according to Vasilenko, such terms of registration of a legal benefit are unacceptable for producers.
